How to custom your jewelry?
Step 1: Communicate the details of your custom jewelry design
After browsing our website and requesting a custom piece of jewelry, you can immediately send us a price inquiry. Please provide us with your desired material, center stone and side stone dimensions, along with details such as the ring band, arm width, and thickness, along with a reference image. Once we provide a quote and payment is completed, we can create a CAD drawing for you. We will also assign you to a customer service representative or designer who specializes in this type of jewelry. Feel free to ask us any questions you have.
Step 2: Create the jewelry CAD drawing
After discussing the details, we’ll begin creating your jewelry CAD drawing. This takes approximately 1-3 days.
Step 3: Communicate and Modify CAD Drawing Details
Once the custom jewelry CAD drawing is ready, we’ll quickly finalize the details of the jewelry. If any parameters require modification, we’ll continue to adjust them. Once the CAD drawing is confirmed, we’ll begin production. Once the CAD drawing is confirmed, we can’t make any further modifications.
Step 4: Confirm the jewelry CAD drawing
After confirming all CAD details, the production time for the jewelry is typically 2-4 weeks. If you require expedited processing, please inform customer service and we will arrange a VIP express lane for you. However, this will incur an additional expedited fee.
Step 5: Carve wax and start the pattern

Before shipping, we’ll take photos and videos of the jewelry from all angles for the customer to review.
If everything is confirmed to be OK, we’ll ship it.
Step 13: Custom jewelry packaging
We typically use yellow bubble bags and jewelry bags with our brand logo. We wrap the jewelry in jewelry film, eliminating the need to worry about oxidation or deformation. If you require a special gift box, please let our dedicated customer service staff know in advance and they will arrange it for you.
Step 14: Shipping
We use Fedex and DHL international express delivery, and their delivery time is 4-7 days.
Step 15: After-sales service
Regarding after-sales service for custom jewelry, please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your delivery to customer service. We will repair or replace the product at any time. After 7 days, we will not accept any returns or exchanges. Because this is a custom, one-of-a-kind piece, any issues within 7 days will not be refunded, but can be replaced.
